All prices listed in this website are stated in Singapore Dollars. 

Brewingbobby accepts the following payment methods:

  1. Bank Transfer. Bank Name: POSB Savings; Bank Code: 7171; Branch Code: 003; Account no: 0039516410. Kindly drop us an email when the transfer is effected so that we can verify the transfer expeditiously, and have your purchase wrapped and delivered. Payments not transferred within 5 working days from order date will render the order cancelled. NB: Bank Transfers from Overseas: If you wish to do a bank transfer from your overseas account, kindly email us to do the purchase, and we will reply with more purchase instructions.
  2. Visa/Mastercard. All payments by Visa/Mastercard will be handled by Shopify Payment service.
  3. PayNow/PayLah

ORDER FULFILMENT/SHIPPING POLICY

Payment Received Date = P

Brewingbobby typically prepares your purchased products to be sent to the mail office within (P + 2) working days.

Shipping within Singapore - Products will either be shipped with Singpost, TaQBin, or via our in-house delivery. Expect delivery within (P + 4) to (P + 6) working days.

Overseas Shipping - Shipment via Speedpost EMS, which is a reliable and fast service by Singapore Post. Tracking is available, and the tracking code will be emailed to you. Speedpost EMS will typically deliver items in about 7 working days to major cities in the world. The overseas shipping rates on our website are for shipping via Speedpost EMS. If you do not need your item to be delivered so quickly, email us for more shipping options (cheaper shipping rates).

We have ceased sales via Meetups. However, you may select to pickup your purchase from selected Popstation boxes. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Brewingbobby endeavours to ensure that all items are checked to be in good condition before shipment, and that all items are complete. The following policies apply:

1. Delivery Policy

Please check and ensure that no items are missing from your order upon delivery. Missing items should be reported to Brewingbobby within 5 days of delivery.

2. Exchange and Returns

All goods sold are not returnable/refundable. If however there are defects with your purchased items, they can be exchanged provided the item is still in a "like new" condition. Please contact us at brewingbobby@gmail.com to request for an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

A "like new" condition is defined as:

  • All original components intact - for example the packaging, instruction manual, and everything that originally came in the box must still be in place.
  • The item must not have any dents, stains, scratches or signs of abuse or neglect. 
  • Thoroughly clean - there should not be any water, milk, or coffee residue.

In the event of an exchange, all shipping costs (shipping back to Brewingbobby, as well as shipping back to the customer) will be borne by the customer.

Items sold under the "Lovely Finds" Collection are sold as-is, and are not exchangeable nor refundable. 

3. Warranty

Bacchi Espresso machine - Your Bacchi Espresso machine comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product doesn't function as intended within one (1) year from purchase due to a manufacturing defect. However, all wear and tear items will not be covered. Such items include the wearing out of rubber seal rings, thinning of lubrication of the cylinder for example. Nevertheless, Brewingbobby will be glad to offer repair, or part replacement to get your machine working as it should, at a cost. Every single part of your Bacchi can be purchased in the event of wear and tear. Do contact us in the event you need to purchase a replacement part.
